Cooperation with Dellner involves the continuous creation and improvement of a recruitment marketing strategy based on the company’s current staffing needs. We have created a recruitment website from scratch, Career profile at Dellner on Facebook, we work on content placed by the HR department at Dellner and create Google Ads campaigns thanks to which potential employees find the website.
Currently, the website is visited by about 1,000 people per month, Facebook posts by 3,000 to even 11,000 people, and the number of conversions in Google Ads campaigns exceeds 40%.
About the project
Dellner is a leader in the production of train connection systems worldwide. They supply couplers, gangways, adapters, crash energy management systems and after-sales services for operators and manufacturers of rolling stock. In Poland, they are engaged in the production of individual parts, final assembly of couplers and service services. The company employs over 1,000 people in 21 branches in 15 countries around the world, and the headquarters in Poland is located in Miszewko, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
