We have created a recruitment website from scratch, Career profile at Dellner on Facebook, we work on content placed by the HR department at Dellner and create Google Ads campaigns thanks to which potential employees find the website.

Currently, the website is visited by about 1,000 people per month, Facebook posts by 3,000 to even 11,000 people, and the number of conversions in Google Ads campaigns exceeds 40%.

Dellner is a leader in the production of train connection systems worldwide. They supply couplers, gangways, adapters, crash energy management systems and after-sales services for operators and manufacturers of rolling stock. In Poland, they are engaged in the production of individual parts, final assembly of couplers and service services. Thanks to the right keyword strategy and proper competition analysis, we managed to create ads that reached 61,300 users in search engines in the first month, and there were over 2,000 clicks
