Our cooperation with Dellner is based on the continuous creation and improvement of a recruitment marketing strategy based on the company's current HR needs. We have built the recruitment website from scratch, established the Dellner Careers profile on Facebook, work on content posted by Dellner's HR department, and create Google Ads campaigns to bring potential employees to the site.
Currently, the website receives about 1,000 visitors per month, Facebook posts from 3,000 to as many as 11,000 visitors, and the conversion rate for Google Ads campaigns exceeds 40%.

Dellner is a global leader in the production of train connection systems. They provide couplers, gangways, adapters, energy management collision systems, and after-sales services for rail operators and manufacturers. In Poland, they engage in customized part production, final assembly of couplers, and service offerings. Results
Reaching more than 3,000 users with some Facebook posts
- After implementing a proper posting strategy, as well as finding groups of people who would be interested in the company’s business, Dellner gained several thousand people reached by posts published on Facebook (maximum of more than 11,500).
- Activity under posts often exceeds more than 100 (maximum 329).
- The reach of the page in the last 3 months was more than 24,000 users.
- Finding the right target audience and strategy for publishing posts on Facebook has brought Dellner not only an increase in the reach of his page, but also an increase in user activity under posts.
Website Views Increased by 823% in Two Months
- After creating the website, efforts were focused on optimizing it for the best user experience, as well as introducing additional features to make it convenient and intuitive. Both SEO optimization and creating engaging content for potential employees were prioritized.
- Within a month of the website’s launch, significant effects of the work were observed, and these results continued to grow.
- Currently, there is a continuous increase in the number of clicks and page views, which will continue to grow as the website’s relevant content is continually built upon.
Setting up Google Ads campaigns with a conversion rate of 41%
- In February 2023, three campaigns were created to recruit people for several positions.
- With the right keyword strategy, as well as proper analysis of the competition, it was possible to create ads that reached 61,300 users on search engines within the first month, and there were more than 2,000 clicks.
- Currently, there are about 700 impressions per week, of which almost 200 people click on the ad (about 29%).
- The conversion rate is about 41% of people – this is the percentage of people from all those entering the site who perform the goal that was set.
