How did we introduce an international company to the Polish market?

About the project
Siiami is a company specializing in providing accounting and legal services to companies and individual entrepreneurs. They help in setting up a business, offer accounting support, legal advice, and services related to a virtual office. Additionally, they support clients in the process of legalizing their stay in Poland, offering assistance in obtaining temporary and permanent residence permits. They decided to expand their services to the Polish market to enable local entrepreneurs to use their services.
To do this, a strategic marketing partner was needed who would comprehensively handle the introduction of Siiami’s offer to Polish customers. It was important that this partner had both experience in effectively reaching the Polish recipient and the ability to build brand recognition from scratch. Another argument in favor of Rodin was the multilingualism of the team and knowledge of the financial industry.
