How did we introduce an international company to the Polish market?

We developed a market entry strategy for the international corporation Siamese for the Polish market. We redesigned the Polish version of the website, took care of UX, set up advertising campaigns, and started search engine optimization (SEO). The result – several inquiries in the first few months after creating the Polish site.

About the project

Siamese is a company specializing in providing accounting and legal services for businesses and individual entrepreneurs. They assist in setting up businesses, offer support in accounting, legal advice, and virtual office services. Additionally, they support clients in the process of legalizing their stay in Poland, offering assistance in obtaining temporary and permanent residence permits. They decided to expand their services to the Polish market to enable local entrepreneurs to take advantage of their offerings. To do this, a strategic marketing partner was needed to comprehensively introduce Siamese’s offer to Polish customers. It was important that this partner not only had experience in effectively reaching the Polish audience but also the ability to build brand recognition from scratch. Another argument for choosing Rodin was the multilingualism of their team and their knowledge of the financial industry.

1. Development of a marketing strategy

Entering a new market required conducting market research, competitor analysis, identifying the target group, and creating an action plan. Based on these activities, we developed a marketing strategy that provided the client with a concrete action plan, required budget, and anticipated results.

2. Redesign of the Polish version of the website

Before starting cooperation with RODIN, the Siamese website was created using a basic template, with too much text, outdated design, and few incentives for potential clients to leave their contact information. Before we initiated promotional and advertising efforts, we suggested refreshing the look and improving the user experience with the site. We added so-called lead magnets to encourage users to leave their contact details. These changes immediately led to an increased number of inquiries, even without active advertising campaigns.

The second key element on the Siamese website was the blog, which also needed refreshing so that users wouldn’t be faced with a wall of text that discouraged reading the article.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website in Google

After creating the appropriate web pages, we optimized them and prepared them for further SEO activities. We developed and approved a positioning plan with the Siamese team, based on the most relevant keywords and topics. We began working on the website’s positioning, the effects of which are visible in the charts below.

Thanks to the proper preparation of the site and the positive history of the Siamese domain, the first effects of the work appeared after just a few weeks. The most important keywords from the client’s perspective were found in the TOP 10, and then in the TOP 5 Google search results. This translated into a manyfold increase in traffic on the Polish Siamese site, and at the same time, the first inquiries from potential clients appeared.

After the first 3 months of cooperation, traffic on the client’s Polish website increased more than fourfold, which resulted in regular inquiries.

4. Advertising campaigns

Before starting the advertising campaigns, we conducted a full audit of the Google Ads account, conversions, previous campaigns, and settings. After implementing the necessary changes, we developed a campaign plan and keywords that began to bring in potential clients after the first week of the campaign’s operation.
