How did we introduce an international company to the Polish market?

We developed a strategy for entering the Polish market for the international corporation Siiami. We redesigned the Polish version of the website, took care of UX, set up advertising campaigns and started positioning (SEO). The result – a dozen or so requests for quotes in the first months after creating the Polish website.

About the project

Siiami is a company specializing in providing accounting and legal services to companies and individual entrepreneurs. They help in setting up a business, offer accounting support, legal advice, and services related to a virtual office. Additionally, they support clients in the process of legalizing their stay in Poland, offering assistance in obtaining temporary and permanent residence permits. They decided to expand their services to the Polish market to enable local entrepreneurs to use their services.

To do this, a strategic marketing partner was needed who would comprehensively handle the introduction of Siiami’s offer to Polish customers. It was important that this partner had both experience in effectively reaching the Polish recipient and the ability to build brand recognition from scratch. Another argument in favor of Rodin was the multilingualism of the team and knowledge of the financial industry.

1. Developing a marketing strategy

The company’s entry into a new market required conducting market research, competition analysis, defining the target group and creating an action plan. Based on these activities, we developed a marketing strategy that gave the client a specific action plan, required budget and expected results.

2. Redesign of the Polish version of the website

Before we started working with RODIN, the Siiami website was made on a basic template, with too much text, an outdated design and few incentives for potential customers to leave contact. Before we started promotional and advertising activities, we proposed refreshing the look and improving the user experience with the website (User Experience). We added so-called lead magnets to encourage users to leave contact. These changes immediately translated into an increased number of inquiries, even without active advertising campaigns.

The second key element on the Siiami website was the blog, which also needed refreshing so that users were not faced with a wall of text that did not encourage them to read the article.

3. Positioning the website in Google (SEO)

After creating the appropriate websites, we optimized them and prepared them for further SEO activities. We developed and approved a positioning plan with the Siiami team, based on the most relevant keywords and topics. We started working on the positioning of the website, the effects of which are visible in the graphs below.

Thanks to the proper preparation of the site and the positive history of the Siiami domain, the first effects of the work appeared after just a few weeks. The most important keywords from the client’s perspective were in the TOP10, and then in the TOP 5 of Google search results. This resulted in a dozen-fold increase in traffic on the Polish Siiami site, and at the same time the first inquiries from potential clients appeared.

4. Advertising campaigns

Before launching our ad campaigns, we did a full audit of our Google Ads account, conversions, previous campaigns, and settings. After implementing the necessary changes, we developed a campaign and keyword plan that started generating leads within the first week of the campaign’s run.
